These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website [www.weconsultweb.com] and the administrative services provided by We Consult. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Scope of Services
We Consult offers non-legal immigration form preparation and document organization services. Our role is limited to assisting clients with administrative tasks such as completing USCIS forms, translating documents, and preparing materials for submission.
We are not attorneys or licensed legal professionals. Nothing on our website or in our services should be interpreted as legal advice. We do not represent clients before USCIS, courts, or any government agency. Clients are encouraged to consult with an attorney for legal advice.
Payment and Fees
Clients agree to pay for services according to the terms outlined in their signed Retainer Agreement. This may include a fixed retainer, installment payments, hourly rates for additional services, or reimbursement for third-party costs (e.g., postage, printing, translations).
Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees or service interruption. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. The quality and accuracy of the completed immigration forms depend on the integrity of the data provided. We Consult is not responsible for errors or rejections due to incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.
All final documents must be reviewed and approved by the client prior to submission. Clients assume full responsibility for the use and outcome of their applications.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including forms, guides, branding, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of We Consult. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We Consult is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our administrative support does not guarantee approval, processing speed, or any specific outcome by USCIS or any government agency.
By using our services, clients agree to hold We Consult and its personnel harmless from any claims or legal consequences arising from their immigration process.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice. The client remains responsible for fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination. We Consult reserves the right to terminate services for nonpayment, harassment, or unethical conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States including the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
